Key Accountabilities:
- Provide guidance and assist renters and buyers in renting the property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine tenants needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real property to possible tenants
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with affiliates, escrow companies, and other companies
- Develop networks and cooperate with companies from all industries
- Promote sales through advertisements, phone calls and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements
Skills:
- Candidates must manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are actively engaging with potential clients to develop business opportunities and to inform them about properties.
- Agents will work directly with potential customers. Listening to their needs and communicating e ectively and pleasantly isa needed skill.
- Should be able to convince landlords to join companymanagement portfolio and rent properties at the right price and use persuasion to close deals.
- The ideal candidate should have a fair understanding of the rules and regulations of real estate industry in Oman.
- Should be able to quickly find answers to tenants queries and questions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferred in Real Estate.
- Candidates with a successful track record in Real Estate sales will be preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- MS Office familiarity: Excel, Word are mandatory
