Job Description

Manage the employee onboarding cycle and the transition from Talent Acquisition until the handoff to the PBP during onboarding.

Work with BP/PRS and Talent team to ensure that security clearance is complete. Escalating issues to BP/PRS as appropriate.

Manage internal and PEO/Advance payroll relationships. Manage PEO invoice approvals and investigate any PEO invoice queries and problems.

Manage BambooHR configuration on time off, alerts for probationary check in and approval workflows.

Take an active part in the onboarding experience, presenting to new starters about the HRIS/benefits etc.

Liaise with Benefits management company to ensure all new starters are registered for their chosen benefits and handle any change requests thereafter and issues.

Ensure all new starters in Sales have a commission scheme issued and that MBOs have been set by the business for any MBO Bonus plans.

Provide change management support, producing new compensation statements and promotion letters as requested (and required at the annual compensation review cycle and throughout the year), and making any BHR changes for off-cycle pay changes and organisational changes as directed via change requests from Managers or PBPs managing the change.

Manage Employment Verifications.

Manage Anniversary awards and wellness reimbursement, liaising with Payroll and PEOs to ensure payments are made in a timely way Provide first line general HR policy queries to the HR inbox, refer escalations to the PBP depending on the complexity and sensitivity.

Provide sickness pay and leave advice to Employees and provide support to Managers in processing and liaison/admin with payroll/PEO and authorities regarding impacts on pay - supporting admin/claim forms for long term cases in liaison with PRS/BP. Ensure absence data is accurate on HRIS.

Provide Leave paperwork and notify PBP and PRP of any requested leaves of more than 2 weeks.

Complete any third party requests for Statistics (government reporting/surveys and forms).

Provide ad hoc support / reports and support in projects as needed.

Skills and Knowledge/Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Relevant work experience in HR operations, reward and benefits management Personal Attributes: Action-oriented mindset Eye for detail /Quality Passion for excellent customer (colleague) experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and perform under pressure Good interpersonal skills / friendly and approachable Patience and tolerance Assertiveness
