This is a remote position.

Qualifications

6+ years of demonstrable experience utilizing the following:

Ansible, AWX and / or Tower knowledge, including automation of cloud infrastructure utilizing Ansible

Linux (Ubuntu/Debian), including ssh, rsync, syslog, systemd (or equivalent)

Shell scripting (bash/sh, sed, awk)

Networking / troubleshooting connectivity over WiFi, ethernet, and / or bluetooth

Administering / managing Relational Database Management Systems

Coding or Scripting background in Python -- C/C++, or Node.JS

Excellent communication skills

Excellent analytical problem solving skills (required)

Willingness to have fun in the process (required)

Responsibilities

Build, architect, and manage Ansible playbooks for cloud and IoT device automation

Manage and optimize core infrastructure within AWS, including: ec2, ELB, IoT Core, Iot GreenGrass, Lambda, and MQTT

Implement monitoring and investigative strategies utilizing home-grown and DataDog based analysis solutions

Contribute to the overall architecture and deployment of solutions supporting the product roadmap

Investigate and resolve production issues during off-hours, weekends, and during on-call rotations, as directed

At least 8 years of experience designing and developing Java applications At least 5 years of experience with data migration At least 5 years of experience with interpreting database tables and data to mitigate conversion defects Detailed understanding of mapping data items between databases Experience creating and updating extract, transform, and load logic Experience developing web services specifically REST Ability to design interfaces using JSON and XML Experience with RDBMS Oracle 12c and 19c Experience with SQL Server Management studio, PLSQL Developer, SQL Plus, SQL Navigator, and TOAD
