Inside Sales Representative

A leading supplier of industrial, medical and specialty gases of Canada is seeking Inside Sales Representative for the Welding Equipment and Packaged Gas Supply Store in Delta, BC.

Reporting to theSales Territory Manager, the Inside Sales Representative handles customer relationship in the store and the show room, maintaining records for their accounts, preparing bills for various welding products and packaged gases.

Requirements:

• Ability to process customer orders for packaged gases and relevant welding supplies
  
• Strong understanding of company products in order to sell them to all kinds of customers
  
• Ability to manage cash counter and credit card orders using relevant software
  
• Strong numerical skills and detail orientation in order to manage cashflow, banking reconciliation and pricing
  
• Maintain inventory of key company products regularly and report surplus
  

Ability to follow verbal & written instructions of a technical nature & prepare reports

• Aware of product safety standards and ability to communicate them to the customers
  

Responsible to represent the company to external stakeholders in a professional manner

A successful candidate must have:

Canadian High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent experience
Strong written and spoken English to ensure effective communication with the clients
