Job Description
Senior Night Support Worker.
Bonus of up to 300 to each candidate and we have performance bonuses at the end of each year, the amount offered depends on the performance of each candidate.

Requirements
- An understanding of disability and autism spectrum conditions and the impact this diagnosis has on individuals.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Recognition of need to maintain confidential records
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals
- Reliable and self-reliant, but will seek guidance appropriately
- Willingness to undertake further training as required, with a positive approach to self development
- A commitment to the company s Equality Policy, and applying this in the workplace and the effect on delivery of services
- Regulated Activity DBS Disclosure Certificate
- Suitability to work with client group
- Flexible approach to work, location, duties and hours with the ability to work antisocial hours and shift work
