Principal Consultant - Operations: Strategy

We are looking for an individual that can provide general/ strategy consulting and deliver across a range of business, strategic, tactical, and transformational projects through;

Business development

• Support business development initiatives
  
• Supports client relationship building
  

Sales and proposals

• Support the sales process and develops proposals
  
• Builds client and industry knowledge
  

Project delivery

• Project initiation and project implementation design
  
• Project management time, cost, quality and delivery
  

Demonstrate core consulting skills

• Support in talent development (performance, coaching, interviews, recruitment or talent programs)
  
• Support collaborative team initiatives, team contributor and supports others
  

Internal contribution

• Support ad-hoc research for projects or business

Requirements

• Postgraduate (Honours level)
  
• MBA optional
  
• Experience in management consulting minimum 5 years
  
• Business or functional experience
