HR Master Data Governance - responsible for ensuring the data global standards are being met, high quality of data by strict adherence to data governance principles, supporting stakeholders to understand data structures and impacts
Issue Resolution and Fixes – investigates root causes, implements fixes/improvements and responds to end user within defined SLAs. Tests completion and resolution, in conjunction with end users
HR Data Quality Audit & Remediation – analyses data audits from the system to determine how improve audit processes and identify efficiencies, taking action to resolve issues in a timely manner
HR Process Optimisation - Drafting and/or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures to promote knowledge transfer, optimization of data management and reporting processes.
HR Data Process Automation - identify opportunities for automated solutions, high volume transactions in order to drive efficiencies and meet stakeholder priorities
Reporting - Awareness of available reporting solutions to support users answer their business questions appropriately
Patch Testing – participates in regular regression test cycles including performing the tests, analysing the impacts, ensuring Security design remains and investigating possible issues. Tracks test results in the relevant tool
