Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a smart goal drivenProduct Managerwho will be responsible for team development, products vision & strategy, execution, and product culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy:Work with Management to set the company s overall product strategy and vision and see to its execution
- Consumer Relations:Engage extensively with consumers in order to gain first-hand insight on the consumers and market feedback on the business s product.
- Pricing Model:Oversee the creation and management of pricing models for each product
- Product Road Maps: Lead the development of product roadmaps for all products
- Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and IT Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services.
- Leadership & Supervision:Overall supervision of the execution of teams responsibilities and providing hands-on leadership and direction.
- Team Development:develop a strong and high performing team of product managers, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance, UI/UX designers with training and ongoing coaching as a top priority.
Requirements
- Masters in Technical/Business Field or its equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years proven experience as a Software Product Manager
