You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Grow the Food Pack business through strategic business development and management in the Modern Trade channel, ensuring expansion and profit targets are achieved.
Build and manage strong business relationships with all the key hypermarket and supermarket accounts under the role portfolio.
Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities for modern trade channels.
Ensure profitability of the business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
Generate leads and drive new business development within the modern trade channels, responsible for the process from inception to customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after sales; resolving customer complaints, ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and repeat purchase.
Monitor customer payment cycle and ensure timely payment collection.
Suggest and recommend pricing strategy for the Food Pack products in the modern trade segment.
Track the product movement in each outlet for all products in the modern trade.
Maintain a strong pipeline and customer relationships, ensuring the division can consistently generate new leads.
Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role as a Modern Trade executive.
Excellent Business Development skills.
Very strong network of hypermarkets and supermarkets.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
An entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking capabilities.
A strategic /persuasive approach to sales.
Very goal-oriented and self-motivated in achieving results.
A self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good critical and logical thinking skills.
