Aesthetician (Luxury Club)

A Luxury private members club focused on wellbeing, with an international presence, are looking for a passionate, well presented, and talented Aesthetic Therapist to provide five star treatments, support smooth day to day operations and drive both retail and treatment sales.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of aesthetic treatments. These treatments will include laser skin rejuvenation, CoolSculpt, Vanquish, medical grade facials, HydraFacials, Oxygen Facials, LED light, hair removal, micro needling, skin pen, radio frequency etc.
  
• Managing patient journey from treatment to aftercare, ensuring correct administration and premium patient care throughout.
  
• Carrying out administrative duties.
  
• Meeting sales targets.
  
• Maintain the treatment rooms to ensure they are clean and well stocked at all times.
  
• Actively working to gain industry knowledge on treatments and products on the market.
  

Salary: up to 28,000 annual basic salary plus competitive commission (OTE 40,000+)

Requirements

The following experience/skills will ensure you are successful in this role:

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience, preferably working for a high-end doctor-led clinic or aesthetic group
  
• Hold a minimum of NVQ L3 or equivalent, CIDESCO and NVQ4 are an advantage
  
• Certified in Laser Core of Knowledge
  
• At least four years practical experience working with aesthetic treatments, including lasers, radio frequency and medical grade skin treatments
  
• Presentable team player with strong communication skills, able to connect with a high-end clientele
  
• Proven experience of meeting sales targets
  
• Availability for weekend work
  
• Availability to work five days per week (40 hours)
