Job Description
This is a remote position.
A Fast pace environment and growing and scaling interpreting agency is looking for an offshore Bilingual Spanish candidate to work from Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Requirements
- Has great customer service skills.
- Ability to call clients and take down great notes and inquire assignments details to confirm PO details.
- Thinks outside the box but follows protocol and procedure.
- Learns quickly and adapts fast to a new environment.
- Quick at learning CRM and has good writing and oral skills inEnglish and Spanish.
- Great personality, compassionate and caring.
