Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify stakeholders and map them based on impacts

- Communication plans for stakeholders / communities
- Run and conduct community engagement forums
- Ability to engage and facilitate discussions with communities
- Interact with local government and regulators
Social Impact Assessment (SIA)
- Formulate approaches for a SIA using best practices
- Conduct the assessment for social impacts (analyze, synthesize, and formulate)
- Establish risks, consequences, impacts, and future impacts
- Identify mitigation measures and tactical responses
- Formulate an action plan for implementation
- Socio Economic Development
Have an understanding of socio-economic development
Understand community demands and expectations
Formulate strategies for community enterprise development
Engage communities on job creation
Proactive approach to solving social issues in the mining communities
Data & Analytics
- Insight into multiple types and access to social data
- Experience in collating / integrating multiple social data sources
