The Customer Services Executive will be responsible for the management of renewals and sales administration activities during the transitional phase of signing a contract, client onboarding and invoicing.
Providing consistent administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department in relation to the client renewal process, onboarding of clients, invoicing of clients and client reporting.
Managing tenders and RFP’s as required.
Coordinating with Operations, Finance/Billing and IT teams to develop and maintain strong communication and interface.
Working with the Director of Client Services and Bid Management to assist in the implementation of key processes of the Sales and Marketing department.
Responsible for training the sales team on Salesforce and communicating any updates introduced by the Group pertaining to Salesforce.
