Job Description

Pay Rate: $ 17.5 / hour (Contract only)

We have partnered with a large manufacturing company in the Ft. Myres, FL area to provide them with a Office Admin Support.

Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Responsibilities of the Office Admin Support:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office apps including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat for PDFs
  • Must be proficient with Windows operating system and be able to save scanned records accurately and efficiently according to document type in appropriate job folders stored in SharePoint
  • This position will be responsible for scanning and organizing paper exposure files to convert to digital records and help to properly dispose of paper files when finished
  • This position will also be responsible for assisting in reorganization of our file room and other administrative tasks as directed by Group Leader
  • Must be able to lift and move boxes of files
  • Previous administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel Able to scan and save documents accurately and efficiently
