- Ideally 7+ years' experience in delivering digital transformation projects preferably in a leading consultancy or an in-house consulting team in a large financial services organization
- Prior experience in technology-led agile projects within a large complex organization as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or other similar roles
- Strong analytical background and attention to detail with a solid technical foundation and data literacy (ideally backed by a relevant academic degree and/or professional qualification)
- Working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following digital domains: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical/Intelligent Character Recognition (OCR/ICR), Speech/Voice Recognition, Chatbots/Cognitive Assistants. Blockchain/Tokenization/Distribute Ledger Technologies (DLT) experience would be a plus.
- Preferably experience in one or more of the following tools/platforms/programming languages that we use: Python, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Workfusion, re:infer, Teneo, SQL, Spark, R, and other similar technologies
- Strong familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile principles (recognized Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications would be a plus)
- Highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and eager to learn and to solve complex problems
- Strong written and verbal communicator and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, able to navigate and network across a global complex organization and work effectively in a team
- Working understanding in one or more core business areas of Financial Services e.g. Investment Banking (Trading/Banking), Wealth Management, Asset Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Settlements & Clearing, Treasury (Liquidity/Capital/Funding), Financial Accounting, Custody, Payments Operations, Risk & Compliance, etc.
