Hands on with practice & process of product development, critical path guidance, supply base and international supply potential.
Provide strategic and operational guidance & leadership to the merchandising team.
Build strong brand relationships both within local and international brands.
Working collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders in ensuring growth opportunities, historical learnings and financial ambitions are incorporated and serve the best needs of the customer alongside business KPIs.
Analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals; conduct hindsight analysis to incorporate learnings into current and future plan.
