- Manage all project tasks and resources associated with approximately $10M of work earmarked for infrastructure improvements, rehabilitation and renovation work on the USAID Jordan Himaya Activity
- Create, track and ensure all engineering and construction work is being completed in-line with activity budgets and project financial constraints
- Provide leadership and managing the design process for renovation and reconstruction work
- Conduct assessments of existing facilities and compile construction feasibility reports
Plan renovation and infrastructure improvement work for inclusion in annual work plans
- Create and maintain Construction Implementation Plans (CIP) that detail the subcontracting approach and analyze the cost and environmental impacts, and address disability and gender issues pertaining to construction activities. Create, maintain and adhere to project schedule
- Create conceptual designs/reference drawings and scopes of work as needed for procurement
- Coordinate with safe-spaces architect and local expertise on design elements specific to sector/application
