Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector (f/m/d)

We are looking for a new team member for our Benelux Sales Team. As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector (f/m/d), you will play a key role in our growth across the Central and local governments in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as the European entities that reside in Brussels.

About the role

The objective of the role:

  • You will take ownership of the Public Sector accounts in your prospective region and will co-own the Go-To-Market strategy for this vertical.
  • You will develop long-term customer relationships and build up a trusting and efficient cooperation
  • As CoachHub s brand ambassador you will represent our mission of making professional coaching accessible for all talent, regardless of their role or career level.

Responsibilities:

  • You take over the customers acquired by the Sales Development Representative (50%) or personal prospecting (50%) and accompany them through the closing process.
  • Make phone calls, web demos, on-site appointments, negotiations, and presentations to turn prospects into customers.
  • You will support our clients as a consultant and maintain a constant contact with them
  • You will take part with the team in fairs & events to strengthen your network and represent our company professionally.
  • You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, Behavioral Scientists and Sales Development Representatives

Your profile - what will make you successful in this role

Essential criteria:

  • You have at least 5 year of experience in complex B2B sales overall
  • You have at least 3 of them within Public Sector in Benelux
  • You speak Dutch on a native-level and are fluent in English
  • You have experience with closing complex deals in the 6-figure ranges
  • You are open to travel within the Benelux region (up to 20%)
  • You are physically based in Netherlands or willing to relocate
  • You convince through your professional and self-confident appearance as well as through your engaging communication skills.
  • You stand out due to your exceptionally high motivation, high quality of work and enthusiasm.
  • You distinguish yourself through your solution orientation and your independent work style
  • You are enthusiastic about the topics of HR, learning & development and coaching

Preferred qualifications:

  • Physically based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
  • Experience within B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience in EdTech, HR, coaching or L&D industry
