We train, implement, operate and provide technical support to companies that use Google Cloud solutions. Our mission is to educate the market so that organizations - large, small, private, or public - can get the most benefits from using the Google Workspace office productivity applications and ready-to-use cloud services from the Google Cloud Platform.

Where can you find us?
FOTC's command centre is located in Wroclaw, but we run branch offices in Warsaw, London, Bucharest, Budapest, Kyiv and Sofia. As a team of cloud specialists, we do most of our business online, so we offer remote employment and rely on transparent online communication.

We are looking for a person to our Cloud Support team who will support us in the position:

Junior Cloud Support Specialist for Romania

You are the perfect candidate if:

• You are located in Romania,
• you are a native speaker of the Romanian language,
• your English skills are on the B2 level at least,
• you have IT experience,
• you like to work with clients and help them,
• you want to work on a B2B contract.

What IT skills do we require from the candidate?

• Basics knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, Calendar,
• basics knowledge or experience in IT (DNS, Operating Systems, Networks),
• soft skills for conducting training and presentations.

Knowledge nice to have :

• Experience in administering Google Workspace,
• knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basic of Linux,
• SaaS services (CRM, Ticket Management, etc.),
• IT education.
