Job Description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations . You will be accountable and responsible for the supervision and operation of all property food and beverage activities including a consultant-like approach to the culinary department. You will deliver an experience-led, high quality product with excellent service levels which will be profitable in line with stakeholder expectations.
