We re looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our B2B team in Berlin! You will be responsible for driving our ambitious growth strategy in Spain and refine our value proposition and positioning in order to validate our Product-Market-Fit

You will:

  • Develop, implement as well as optimize the marketing plan with appropriate marketing mix to support the sales pipeline and consistent growth in the Italian market
  • Plan and execute relevant local inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns together with sales and marketing managers to ensure there is alignment between the field marketing activity and lead follow-up
  • Monitor, analyze and identify necessary adjustments to regional programs based on changes in the market to ensure success of activities
  • Collaborate in a taskforce to achieve effective and targeted communication and ensure that key marketing messaging is localized to meet the needs of the regional audiences
  • Manage execution and delivery of all regional physical and virtual campaign activities events such as trade shows and webinars, and communication with external vendors in close coordination with other B2B teams

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B growth or field marketing with proficiency in lead generation and online marketing
  • A strong understanding of inbound and outbound processes including campaign planning, execution and conversion metrics
  • Experience managing large regional marketing budgets and willingness to travel for field events
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English and you feel at home in an international work environment
