We are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to start immediately as part of our Growth Department in Berlin. The Growth Department is made up of cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Design and Engineering, where you can make data-driven decisions and help teams uncover levers for acquisition and revenue growth.

You will:

• Work with product managers, designers and engineers to build reporting structures allowing for monitoring, performance measurement and analyses of product components and features that drive Growth at Babbel
• Challenge and contribute to product decisions with insights and business cases via various methods, including A/B tests
• Develop in-depth understanding for what drives user behavior in the product, and uncover growth levers by conducting focussed research
• Drive data mindset in Growth, to become a reliable and responsive point of contact for team leadership and stakeholders.

Your have:

• 5+ years of experience in a product/data analyst role or equivalent, preferably for an online business, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable reporting solutions and insights
• You love to enable people with data and insights and have a talent for building strong professional relationships
• You are highly proficient in SQL (we use Snowflake)
• You are proficient in (self-service) analytics tools such as Tableau and Amplitude
• You have practical experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• You have experience with either Python, R or other coding languages (we use Python)

Nice to haves:

• You have a good understanding of statistics
• You have practical experience in implementing tracking of user behaviour
• You have supported decision making processes of senior management through data driven insights
