Come and join one of the fastest growing start-ups and make your mark!We are looking for a new team member for our APAC Sales Team. As Enterprise Account Executive at CoachHub you will play a key role in our growth in the India market and as brand ambassador you will represent our mission of professional coaching for everyone.

  • You are one of the faces of CoachHub in the market with overall responsibility for opening up new customer relationships and convincing HR buyers to partner with us
  • You are a "hunter" profile who is confident in developing your own leads in your assigned sales territory (and also taking over the customers acquired by the Sales Development Representative) and engage in end to end consultative selling
  • You constantly network the C-suite HR, L & D decision makers and engage them
  • You will support our clients as a consultant and maintain constant contact with them to provide value and nurture relationships
  • You develop long-term customer relationships and build up a trusting and efficient cooperation
  • You take part with the team in fairs & events to strengthen your network and represent our company professionally
  • You work closely with other GTM functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Development Representatives
  • You support the optimization of processes, content and success reporting

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have been very successful in new business SaaS sales efforts and have gained at least 7+ years experience in enterprise sales
  • You have experience with closing deals in the 6-7 figure range
  • You are a solution seller and can engage in consultative selling (well versed in various sales methodologies)
  • You have experience selling to C-Suite HR or L & D stakeholders
  • You convince through your professional and self-confident appearance as well as through your engaging communication skills
  • You stand out due to your exceptionally high motivation and enthusiasm
  • You distinguish yourself through your solution orientation and your independent work style
  • You speak English at native-level
  • You bring a willingness to travel (up to 20%)
