Job Description

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Act as the key liaison between product development and buyers
  • Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
  • Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store
  • Monitor Brand Registrations and pricing strategy (Brand wise/State wise/SKU wise).
  • Monitor Rebate & Allowances Allocation for Regions/State in conjunction with Sales Director and Regional Heads.
  • Communicate and facilitate achievement of volume target on month wise/brand wise/SKU wise basis.
  • Market Mapping/Segmentation of Market and defining Distribution objectives.
  • Measure market potential channel wise and identifying target segment.
  • Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate our brand performance.
  • Tracking distribution and sales performance on monthly basis.
  • Market wise / Brand wise / Channel Category wise communication tool development for new launch and consistent performance of existing brands.
  • Brand wise Development and Standardization of trade promotions
  • POS Allocation / Visibility standardization at all channels.
  • Work closely to manage and monitor all Brand Activation.
  • Training and Development of regional teams on a continuous basis.
  • Develop the relationship with the suppliers and brand owners to ensure maximum support for brand activations.
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Attracting, recruiting and retaining the human resources for the organization to ensure maximum efficiency and effectivity of Human Capital.
