Because of our intense growth we are now looking for an experienced inside sales account manager that will handle a targeted set of accounts throughout Europe. In this role, you will work closely with HR professionals on any level and with a variety of company sizes.

You re day to day

You will act as a point of contact for your existing accounts with the goal to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts, always striving to find ways in which we could support the customer even better. Besides this set of existing accounts, you will also work on attracting new clients and performing relevant administrative tasks related to your accounts.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in sales (preferably B2B) with an understanding of the complete sales cycle.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • You are comfortable on the phone.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Prior experience managing customers and managing their own budgets
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
