SEO specialist with 1 - 3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate would be an enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and demonstrated analytical ability.This person will be developing and executing effective search engine optimisation strategies. Their goal will be to ensure that our organic content is search-engine friendly and optimised to bring optimal ROI. They must have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage acquisition programs that scale globally across organic and paid distribution channels
• Establish lead scoring and manage marketing automation campaigns that reflect the stages of the customer lifecycle
• Test, learn and optimize campaigns to increase adoption and retention
• Implement lead nurturing tactics via email content, form templates and more to deliver on campaign goals
• Ideate & execute acquisition, retention and engagement strategies for the target buyer
• Collaborate on SEO, email, and UX experiences to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Proactively make recommendations on new marketing technologies and strategies that drive results.
• Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-3 years of marketing experience focused on performance marketing in a high-growth environment
• Good to have Hands-on experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot)
• Proven track record of successful initiatives with measurable impact on revenue
• Capable of building a highly scalable, high-performing growth marketing engine using both outbound (email, events, webinars) and inbound (SEO, PPC, re-targeting, social) tactics
