Job Description
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Scheduling and preparing raw materials prior to production.
- Check production output according to specifications and materials quality.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Overseeing the manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in factory production operations
- Gathers/compile production/quality data for various reports/studies used in managing process improvement.
- Serves as primary liaison among work groups Division-wide.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions, and responding to requests.
