Job Description
*Greet Customers genuinely and with a friendly smile
*Serve Customers by providing products and service information
* Resolve Customers complaints via phone,email,mail or social media

*Answering landlines and Whatsapp calls
*Knowing the type of sessions and devices in all the departments
