Supply Chain Coordinator

 Planning stock & demand by customer, working with commercial forecast, promotional plans, and order data.
 Coordinating with other members of the supply chain including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time
 Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain
 Coordinating with marketing teams to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain
 Reviewing and communicating the plan versus finished stock v/s sales.
 Ensuring raw material is arranged to meet the plan.
 Ensuring minimum stock levels are met, as well as managing stock transfers & investigating any discrepancies to ensure delivery requirements are met, and any carryover is built into the plan and communicated to the supply chain.
 Working with the supply chain and commercial teams, understanding their bookings, delivery & logistics, as well as processing pick notes & dispatches for the system’s warehouses as required.
 Managing ever evolving stock levels & demand/lead times, working with the operations team to & ensuring stock levels do not exceed their shelf life, reducing waste communicating to the wider team when items will be restocked.
 Maintaining inventory levels by ordering materials needed for production
 Reviewing inventory levels, prices, and vendor contracts to identify areas for improvement in efficiency or cost savings
 Ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws, state regulations, and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling
 Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as those pertaining to labeling and shipping times
 Creating reports on supply chain activities and performance, including purchase orders, inventory levels, shipment schedules, and production schedules
 Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing plans to mitigate these risks

Qualification:
 MBA in Supply Chain OR University degree/diploma in Commerce
Experience:
 3- 5 years in similar role & industry
Age:
 Under 35 years
