Rixos Gulf Doha Hotel is gathering together a super start team for the pre-opening on 30th September.
Due to VISA Restrictions vacancies are available only for Serbia, Georgia, Mexico, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan passport holders. All vacancies are FREE of charge
Lifeguard Supervisor main responsibilities;
- Ensuring the safety of the facility patrons and lifeguard team;
- Supervising and training the lifeguard team;
- Supervising the daily facility safety inspection.
Requirements
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 2 year experience in related field.
Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge and application of life-guarding surveillance and rescue techniques;
- Leadership and public relations skills;
- Understanding of facility characteristics, rules, policies and procedures;
- Ability to instruct, assign, supervise and evaluate lifeguards in the performance of their duties;
- The ability to identify hazards and unsafe practices and to make suitable recommendations for minimizing or eliminating those hazards;
- Decision making skills.
