Conducts site visits to monitor, analyze gaps and proceed with quality improvement plans for each health center, mainly in the following fields:(infection control, risk management, environmental and waste services, occupational health and safety, clinical procedures, firefighting and safety), and others if requested
Educates and trains staff as to the quality improvement plan, and their respective responsibilities in carrying out the quality improvement program.
Responsible for maintaining quality management documents, case files and correspondence in an organized, confidential and secure manner.
Facilitate Quality Improvement Committees: Develop meeting agendas and facilitate meetings, and advise and assure that quality improvement ideas are carried out and evaluated.
Actively participates on risk management and provide recommendation on prioritization of issues in risk assessment
Leads and participates in the accreditation process for
Coordinates incoming complaints and proceeds with the investigation and tracking resolution times.
Contribute to the development of tools and resources to support the investigation of complaints
