Job Description
- Maintains district inventory for Plant supplies which includes ordering, receiving and allocating. 2 Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, reports, correspondence. 3 Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 4 Post daily incoming and outgoing plant stock. 5 Reports canceled and damaged items to the purchase department as appropriate. 6 Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
