* Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
* Will work closely with web store trading teams to build programs and initiatives for lead acquisition and delivering increasingly personalized mobile first email newsletters and triggered eCRM email campaigns.
* Will be responsible for planning & implementing various email campaigns for multiple web store brands which includes creating programs from concept to design or optimizing current programs, determining target audience based on preference and behaviors, monitoring data and data process flows, scheduling campaigns (bulk and triggered) and tracking results.
* Manages the planning, briefing and co-ordination of email content & design through approvals to timely execution with a focus on channel and campaign performance management KPI’s for multiple web store brands in MENA.
* Will be knowledgeable of subscriber database list management with the ability to understand and build programs that involve multiple variables.
* Constantly review existing email programs, automation and campaigns with a view to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase existing customer and subscriber engagement.
* QA all emails to ensure accuracy of content, pricing, legal compliance and segmentation
* Will measure performance and identify areas of improvement for the email program, including; design, content, reporting and identify opportunities to enhance and maximize ROI.
* Maintain and execute on-going test/learn approach to continuous improvement
* Manage multiple, highly detailed tasks accurately while reacting with urgency and reprioritizing as needed to ensure all objectives and email campaign deadlines are met.
* Collection of promotional and product details and assets for emails, target landing pages and submitting request through internal submission process to design and localization teams. Working closely with internal teams (CMD) and host brands (where applicable) for approval.
