Client Services Officer required for Financial Planner in the heart of Buderim.
Our client is an award-winning, successful financial planning firm based in Buderim with a reputation for providing holistic advice. They are looking to bring on a Client Services Officer to assist and support their Financial Planning Advisors and be part of the administration team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years experience in financial services or financial planning administration.
Working in a supportive and interactive team environment, this role offers a competitive salary based on experience, bonus incentives, with regular team activities and social events.
This role is full-time hours, Monday to Friday with the office located in a central part of Buderim.
As part of this role you will:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Answer client queries as a first point of contact
- Provide adviser supportfor implementation and review of documentation
- Maintain files and database records
- Manage adviser diaries and arrange client appointments
- Work with other members of the client services team to deliver high-quality service delivery
- Prepare forms and compliance documents for wealth implementation
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated background in finance or financial planning administration (preferred)
- People orientated with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive and problem-solving nature
- Experience with using computer software (Xplan desirable)
- Able to work autonomously
