Job Description

Client Services Officer required for Financial Planner in the heart of Buderim.

Our client is an award-winning, successful financial planning firm based in Buderim with a reputation for providing holistic advice. They are looking to bring on a Client Services Officer to assist and support their Financial Planning Advisors and be part of the administration team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years experience in financial services or financial planning administration.


Working in a supportive and interactive team environment, this role offers a competitive salary based on experience, bonus incentives, with regular team activities and social events.

This role is full-time hours, Monday to Friday with the office located in a central part of Buderim.


As part of this role you will:
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Answer client queries as a first point of contact
  • Provide adviser supportfor implementation and review of documentation
  • Maintain files and database records
  • Manage adviser diaries and arrange client appointments
  • Work with other members of the client services team to deliver high-quality service delivery
  • Prepare forms and compliance documents for wealth implementation


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated background in finance or financial planning administration (preferred)
  • People orientated with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proactive and problem-solving nature
  • Experience with using computer software (Xplan desirable)
  • Able to work autonomously
