l Oversee day-to-day management of social media, ads, email campaigns and facilitate internal requirements on campaigns.
l Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
l Coordinate with digital marketing manager and content/ graphics team to promote content and implement ads and social media strategies
l Supervise all aspects of social media interaction and ensure a positive customer & employee experience.
l Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Should be knowledgeable about memes.
l Ensure progress on all platforms by using tools such as social media analytics, Google Analytics / GA4 and other social automation tools
l Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly content calendar which includes monthly objectives and initiative
l Manage & create digital campaigns for Lead Generation & Brand Awareness by coordinating with sales, delivery and ISR/ BDR teams.
l Perform research on current benchmark trends and customer/audience preferences and pass it over to DMM and DS.
l Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) by coordinating with SEO executive.
l Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
l Oversee social media accounts design
l Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
l Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools such as Canva, Getstencil and applications for quick video creation.
l Execute the social media strategy for pre and post sales experience
l Create and send Inmailers, support online collateral creation
Desired candidate profile
l Knowledge of social media and social bookmarking sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Quora etc.
l Experience with Hashtagify, Buzzsumo and Google alerts or similar is a plus.
l Knowledge of social media and basic SMM & SEM Paid campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc.
l Basic understanding of SEO, Email campaigns and experience with any mass mail tools/ Sales Enablement tool is preferred. For example : Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Send in Blue or similar.
l Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Zoho Social, Hootsuite or similar is preferred.
l General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content is mandatory.
l Professional certification in Google Analytics or social media analytics are preferred not mandatory.
l Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and other tools for quick content creation
l Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention and User engagement Optimization
l Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of promotion such as InMail outreach, ORM etc.
l Ability to manage and supervise content calendar and work toward many company initiatives at once
l Excellent communication & copy writing skills
l Hands on experience in content management, hashtags, Visibility analysis
l Experience with CRMs and Data analysing skills are preferred.
