Job Description
- Leading a team of 4, you will manage and execute all the purchases in timely and in cost effective manner while maintaining business satisfaction.
- Provide the management with the best purchases options and best practices to utilize the company’s financial resources through building long-term relationships with the suppliers.
- Develop and manage the purchasing system through collaboration with the IT department and business heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to the submitted purchasing requests including PR, PO…. etc. in timely and accurate manner and in line with the set policies
- Search for new suppliers through the development of the sourcing plan and conducting negotiations with the suppliers to provide the business heads with the recommendations.
