Job Role

Quant is a prominent consultancy that provides services and products in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. We aim to empower aspiring businesses and dynamic governments to become data-driven, allowing them to optimize operations, enhance efficiency and augment decision-making.

The primary responsibility of the Software Developer is to implement and utilize software technologies and solutions for the development of Quant services and products as well as in the provision of project deliverables to Quant clientele. The role requires a collaborative nature that possesses strong analytical as well as technical skills, and provided the agile environment, the ability to take initiative is highly essential.

Job Responsibilities

Design, code and debug applications in various software languages throughout all lifecycle phases of software development

Conducting software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis and other similar analysis

Conducting software modeling and simulation

Designing front end graphical user interfaces

Develop software verification and testing and quality assurance procedures that would enhance quality

Performance tuning, ensuring the improvement, balancing, usability and automation of Fruits360

Provision of support, maintenance and document software functionality

Partaking in the integration of software with existing systems

Evaluating and identifying new technologies for implementation

Partaking in project planning and management

Conducting localization or globalization of software

Demonstration of solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

Recommendation and installation of solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming that would enhance Fruits360 s functions and efficiency

Improvement of technical operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures

Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Provide information by collecting, preparing and analyzing data

Design and develop a processing platform using various configuration management technologies

Provision of maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally with concerned data experts, business users, project officers and other staff to achieve satisfactory solutions and deliverables

Provide recommendations that could elevate technology and consistently apply best practices for continuous improvement

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Software Engineering/Science, IT, or any related field.

5. Knowledge of Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, and Google cloud.
