Conduct spot checks and brand audits to assigned accounts.
Coordinate with Customer Development Management to schedule new and existing accounts brand visits. Coach the team to enhance their performance and improve skills on PSS execution and ensure controls in place and where required WPS locations.
Supports execution of new business won by channel team – new accounts integrated into Ledger.
Works with Coordinators, Customer Development & other teams to provide excellent reports and stock reports and requirements, customer support, relationship management and product delivery.
Develops best in class understanding of customer / zone including the ability to articulate Starbucks customers’ own commercial goals and KPIs. Understands the value that Starbucks contributes to these goals.
