Responsibilities
- Build world class engineering team - find, interview and hire engineering talents
- Set ambitious KPI goals for your team
- Strengthen collaboration between local and remote development teams
- Work closely with international business stakeholders
- Be accountable for the speed and quality of what the team delivers
- Run regular 1-1s with direct reports
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of hiring, building and managing engineering teams, comprised of 20 people or more
- Strong software engineering background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must
