Job Description
- Oversees ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&B products and follow up on F&B requests to ensure all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversee control stock movement levels and transfers to ensure availability of raw materials in all outlets.
- Arranges kiosk outlets and store areas for events for a proper products display
- Follows up on the maintenance of outlets equipment to void any delay in production
- Assists with F&B monthly stock-take to track any financial impact
- Follow up of variance discrepancies discovered in end of month reports and escalate to management
- Monitors the implementation of systems procedures in all outlets and coordinate with audit and business teams to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Coordinates the marketing and promotional activities for a proper presentation
