Job Description
- Senior Pizza Chef / R&D – Expanding Restaurant Group Saudi Arabia – Jeddah Up to SAR 23000 all-inclusive expat package We're looking for a dynamic & creative Senior Pizza Chef who understands all aspects of the department & can easily adapt to producing something with a relaxed/casual visual, through to high-end environments! Initially this will be outlet based for a new concept – but will need to scale up in line with the business plan, confident in managing new openings & support/grow with business. We are targeting passionate Senior Pizza chefs specialized in from scratch experience from dough - toppings!! R&D Experience, think Neapolitan, Chicago, NY, Sicilian, Greek, Californian, Detroit, Flat Breads, etc.. Multi-unit operational experience BOH KPI & recipe creation ownership Pre-opening & managing new concept (BOH) & supporting franchise (R&D) Salary Package Up to SAR 23000 all-inclusive expat package Plus flights, visa, medical.
