Handle all HRIS functions including Applying HR systems, preparing HR dashboards, monitoring data to ensure accuracy of databases, maintaining security levels to users, and providing support with the technical support team to solve problems reported.
Responsible for Payroll activities that include ( payroll recording, monthly variables of incomes and deductions, the accuracy of calculations to all payments like salaries, overtime, incentive, bonuses, commissions...etc., bank transferring, analysis reports by monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annually, payroll changes, HR budget, HR letters, Salary taxes reconciliation, pay on time, income taxes, etc..)
Assistant in building grading & Salary structures, developing salary, incentive and bonus schemes).
Handle all the Personnel's activities that include (Onboarding process, transfers, promotions, position classification; evaluations; leaves of absence; resignations, retirements, terminations, maintenance of personnel files &records and various other personnel-related actions).
Deal with the Social Insurance office, labour office relations, governmental claims, and ensure compliance with all existing governmental and labour requirements.
Coordinate opening new bank accounts for new employees.
Keep track of company attendance and employees' leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave.
Support and maintain the organization's HRIS application to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee information updates.
Respond to employees’ inquiries, requests, and handle employees’ complaints.
Maintain the HR database and ensure that it's regularly updated.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Commerce or any other relative discipline
HR Diploma is a plus
Job Knowledge and experience
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process
Good understanding of all Human Resources Functions
Skills and competencies
Excellent English and Arabic language levels both spoken and written
Excellent user of computer applications mainly office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. ERP system practical experience is preferable.
