MEP Engineer

Job Description

• Develop a first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites, and the requirements of the client.
• Implement management instructions for projects, services, and planned maintenance.
• Assist and implement assignments given by the Facilities Manager.
• Implement management instructions for projects, services, and planned maintenance.
• Prepare and planned the spare parts with consumables needed monthly.
• Manage and provide technical support to the supervisors to execute the works effectively.
• Implement site inspection from daily monitor the standard of work and completion schedule.
• Organize, coordinate and manage with the supervisor the day to day operations of the job site.
• Report to the manager on job progress and issues on a daily basis.
• Manage and provide technical support to the supervisors to execute the works effectively.
• Programming, scheduling, and assist in budget preparation.
• Considers creative solutions to job requirements that would reduce manpower requirements, cost and time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or engineering.
• HSEQ certificate/diploma is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Good level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge and experience in preparing scope of works, specifications of maintenance and modification works, and contractual documents.
• Ability to travel.
