We are currently looking for an experienced HR manager to :
- Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics across the organization aligned with overall business strategies.
- provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication.
- Prepare and deliver reports in conformance with legislated requirements as well as monthly and periodical HR reports to management.
- Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).
- Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
- Providing Performance coaching and counseling services.
- Sourcing & Administer the Recruitment Process by following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
