Job Description
- Manage and operate furnaces containing melt aluminum at significantly high temperatures used for casting high quality parts
- Load CNC parts and metal castings into containers to be insert into heat treat furnace.
- Operate machine assembly line via robotic operation to ensure accuracy of assembly and paint body.
- Perform all functions of the job using proper PPE.
- Execute daily operations of ISO's customer requirements forms.
- Stencile pipe marking it with correct documentation of each ISO.
- Programme, operate and perform scheduled maintenance on the ABB.
- Set up and maintain machinery and CNC's using precision tools and micrometers.
- Lead operator, troubleshooter and loader for fanuc robots to assemble returnable wooden crates.
- Develop computer programs used by the ABB robot for the manufacture of new products.
- Train on and regular consistent use of PLC to control packing line and packing robot.
- Control pouring station which contain material such as water, cement, fly ash, sand and rocks for casting
- Work with maintenance staff to troubleshoot machine breakdowns in order to get back up to production in a timely matter.
- Load complete automotive locksets/ignitions/keys into FANUC LR200C station, operate touch-screen computer.
- Reconfigure robotic equipment to handle differing packaging and materials using both mechanical and electronic controls.
