Job Description
- Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, Op’s, logistic and maintenance.
- Handling simple manufacturing or maintenance processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring high technical knowledge.
- Leading a small manufacturing unit or workshop with a budget > $ 1.5 M
- Issuing Purchase Orders and expedite as required and to analyze purchase and master data as required
- SAP Global support users in various processes in operations and finance including Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, Asset Management, Order fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality Management & Finance (MM, SD & FICO)
- Management reporting- Asset Utilizations, Inventory Flows, Slow Moving and Excess material
- Review processes and identify areas of improvement, process flows, document them.
- Prepare and publish various monthly and by-weekly monitoring reports and follow up for corrective actions.
