Job Description
- Ensuring well control best practices are followed as per industry standard and client and Baker Hughes requirements.
- Leading Baker Hughes integrated well services and operations on the rig in close cooperation with customer and drilling rig contractor.
- Leading and participates in operation reviews, safety & morning operations meetings, etc.
- Supervising the operations according to the well activity program.
- Ensuring timely communication of site reports including the Daily Drilling Reports.
- Mobilizing materials, equipment, and services in a timely manner and initiates the removal of redundant materials and the immediate return of rental equipment when it is no longer required.
