The main contact and distributer of information/drawings between the Landlord, the Tenant during the fitting out period. Chair and minute the pre-start meeting with the fit out contractor, the designers, the project management and the Tenant. Review the fit out contractors Health and Safety Plan for the site. Review the fit out contractors insurances. The Fit Out Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day coordination of the tenancy fit out works to ensure that fit out works are undertaken in accordance with the buildings fit out guidelines. The Fit Out Manager will report to a Senior Facilities Manager and will also work closely with the Landlord’s team and will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly progress reports. Ensure Statutory Authority Approvals are in place. Ensure all approvals/documents are in place and Issue permission for the commencement of the fit out works on site. Review the fit out contractor’s permits. Regularly inspect the site. Ensure all issues are recorded and relayed to all parties. Resolve any issues relating to the works on site. Visually inspect the Tenants works on completion. Ensure that the Statutory Authority’s completion certificates are in place. Ensure that the meters for the utilities have been installed and/or account names have been changed. Attending/chairing Landlords progress meeting. Issuing a progress report to landlord.
