Job Description
- Assist the Valuation Advisory Team on client assignments; key tasks include:
- Market research (desktop and on-ground) and analysis of market data
- Data entry and GIS mapping (training to be provided by the company)
- Intermediate financial analysis (additional training to be provided by the company)
- Preparation of client reports, pitches, presentations and proposals.
- Participation in internal and external client meetings.
- Report to the Directors of the Valuation Advisory Team and the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis.
