Job Description
The Insurance Customer Service Agent shall be responsible to verify, record, liaise and ensure proper collection of bills from insurance companies. This position shall be responsible for all aspects of medical insurance billing and collections. He/she shall liaise between the insurance company and the patients for payment issues.
This position shall be responsible for delivering high standard of services relating to patient registration, appointment system, bookings, patient queries, billings, cashiering and insurance related issues.
